Itineraries
Day 1
Arrival in Shimla
As soon as you arrive in Shimla from Delhi, you will be greeted by the representative of Swan Tours who further transfers you to the hotel after covering the Pinjore Gardens midway. Check-in the hotel and relax for some time. Later, you can continue to the spending of leisure time and witness the sunset while sipping hot coffee. Stay overnight in the hotel, amidst the lap of nature.
Day 2
Shimla local sightseeing
Wake up to the early morning breakfast, and start with the local sightseeing ventures including a plethora of sites namely, Green Valley, Wild Flower Hall, Indira Holiday Home, and Fagu followed by the Indian Institute of Advanced Studies. You will also take a visit to Kufri that is the sports capital of Shimla located 2622 m above the sea level that is a great escape for tourists who love natural bounty. Post lunch, you can pay a visit to the Ridge that has admirable Gothic structures, the holy Jakhoo temple and also the Christ Church that make the pilgrimage centers of the state. Soon after you return to the hotel, stay overnight after the tiring day!
Day 3
Shimla to Manali
Soon after breakfast, you will get ready to visit Manali from Shimla on a guided tour. You will be heading to some of the best places en-route like, Sundernagar Lake, Hanogi Devi Temple, Mandi and others alike. once you reach Manali, you will check-in the hotel amidst the beautiful snow-capped peaks, lush green pine and deodars enhancing the beauty. Stay overnight after having dinner!
Day 4
Manali to Rohtang Pass
Soon after eating breakfast, set off for a guided excursion to the Snow View Point or Rohtang Pass that is elevated at a height of 3978 m above the sea level. This place offers you a lot of adventurous activities like skiing, sledding and much more. From here, you will pay a visit to the Solang Valley that is another major attraction along with the Rahalla Falls. Later, after you have finished your excursion at Rohtang Pass, you will return back to the hotel in Manali to stay overnight.
Day 5
Manali local sightseeing
In the wake of the morning breakfast, you will start with the local sightseeing ventures carried out to Hadimba Temple, Club House, Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, Vashisht Temple, and many other famous places that you can count on, while you are in Manali. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, in evening walks and also exploring some of the eateries. Wind up the day by having breakfast and staying overnight!
Day 6
Manali to Dharamshala
Start with the morning breakfast, and depart for Dharamshala that is also known as the land of the Dalai Lama, after your check-out from the hotel in Manali. YOu will come across the Kullu Valley, Palampur tea garden and also the Chamunda Devi and Naijnath temple en-route followed by the further journey to Dharamshala and Mcleodganj that take around 7 hours from Manali on a drive. On your arrival in Dharamshala, you will check-in the pre-booked hotel and stay overnight!
Day 7
Dharamshala to Dalhousie
Eat the early morning breakfast and start with the transferring tour to Dalhousie which is another amazing hill station of India and also along the Little Lhasa in Mcleodganj followed by the Dal Lake, and the church, St. John in the Wilderness. Enjoy the wonderful day and check-in the requisite hotel and stay overnight after having a warm dinner!
Day 8
Dalhousie to Khajjiar
Wake up to the wonderful breakfast in the morning and start with your tour to Khajjiar or Mini Switzerland in India where you come across the lush green meadows, the charming pond, and much of nature followed by some shopping for souvenirs. Spend the evening at leisure and stay overnight after having dinner at your return.
Day 9
Dalhousie to Amritsar
After having breakfast, start off with the drive to Amritsar that is exactly 200 km away, taking you around 5 hours at the most. There you will be immersed into patriotism in the visit to Wagah Border that is the India- Pakistan border followed by an overnight stay in the hotel you check-in.
Day 10
Departure from Amritsar
Wake up to the morning breakfast and start off for the sightseeing in Amritsar on your last day of the Himachal Pradesh Tour Packages from Dibrugarh. Pay homage to the iconic Golden Temple, and also the most popular Jallianwala Bagh where the massacre took place, post which you can pack your bags and leave for the airport from where you will catch the flight home.
